West Midlands Palestine Solidarity Campaign has scheduled the AGM for 2pm Sunday  the 10th May 2026 at the BRIGS cafe.   

The AGM will review our work over the last year and plan the activities and campaigns for the next twelve months. 

AGM will include workshops/QA on Boycott Divestment and Sanctions, Banner making and the Arms Trade.  
 
The meeting will be held in person at the BRIG Cafe in Digbeth but zoom will be available for those unable to attend in person. It is recommend that you attend in person to fully appreciate the spirit of the AGM. 

Elections will be held at the AGM for the following posts. 

Chair (The role involves managing meetings and liasing with others in organising activities) 
Secretary (Keeping records of our meetings,activities, and arranging agendas)
Treasurer (Keep the financial records for the organisation and present financial reports on a regular basis)
Media officer (Organise and help prepare media content to promote the activities of the organisation over social media)
Press officer (Produce Press releases publicising the activities and objectives of the organisation)
Vice Chair (Help the Chair in its role as chair and represent the Chair in the chair's absence)
Asst Secretary (Help the Secretary in their role)
Asst Treasurer (Help the Treasuerer in their role)
10 Committee members. (Help organise activities of the organisation) 

You can nominate yourself for one of the posts listed above or for membership of the Committee by emailing your email address and full name to the following email address wmpscagm@gmail.com include in the subject of your email the position you are nominating yourself for.

For example, if you are nominating yourself for Chair, subject of the email must be chair and if you are nominating for a committee member position subject of the email must be committee member. 

The nominations will close 5pm on the 14th April 2026. Following the close of nominations ballot emails will be sent to all members of PSC living within the postcodes allocated to WMPSC. 

Please note your nomination will only be accepted if you are already a member of the Palestine Solidarity Campaign nationally.
