Trump went even further than previous US presidents in support of Israel with recognition of Jerusalem as the Israeli capital and a 'peace plan' which endorsed further large scale annexation of Palestinian land. What though, will Biden bring?
Meanwhile, Israel's supporters are seeking to delegitimise Palestinian solidarity as Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions is making an impact. In Britain, this has centred on allegations of anti-Semitism in the Labour Party being conflated with criticism of the Israeli state.
This Palestine Conversation will assess the current situation and discuss the way forward for the Palestine solidarity movement.
