It is recommend that you attend in person to fully appreciate the spirit of the AGM. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eElections will be held at the AGM for the following posts. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eChair \u003c\/strong\u003e(The role involves managing meetings and liasing with others in organising activities) \u003cbr\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eSecretary\u003c\/strong\u003e (Keeping records of our meetings,activities, and arranging agendas)\u003cbr\u003eTreasurer (Keep the financial records for the organisation and present financial reports on a regular basis)\u003cbr\u003eMedia officer (Organise and help prepare media content to promote the activities of the organisation over social media)\u003cbr\u003ePress officer (Produce Press releases publicising the activities and objectives of the organisation)\u003cbr\u003eVice Chair (Help the Chair in its role as chair and represent the Chair in the chair's absence)\u003cbr\u003eAsst Secretary (Help the Secretary in their role)\u003cbr\u003eAsst Treasurer (Help the Treasuerer in their role)\u003cbr\u003e10 Committee members.
